Magnolia’s Aesthetics offers personalized, in-home botulinum toxin (Botox) treatments performed by a qualified healthcare professional. All services are delivered under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director through Concierge Health Medicine, PLLC.
Services are available by appointment only and are currently offered in specific areas in Texas.

All content and services provided are for aesthetic and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Magnolia’s Aesthetics and its staff do not offer emergency care or manage serious medical conditions.
Consultations, both virtual and in-person, may involve reviewing your medical history to determine your eligibility for treatment. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

To book and receive services, you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate and complete health history
• Consent to treatment as outlined in pre-treatment forms
• Not be pregnant or nursing at the time of Botox treatment
We reserve the right to deny service if we determine it is unsafe or inappropriate based on your medical background or provider discretion.

• Appointments must be made in advance via our booking system
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Treatment payments are final once the procedure is completed
