Magnolia’s Aesthetics offers personalized, in-home botulinum toxin (Botox) treatments performed by a qualified healthcare professional. All services are delivered under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director through Concierge Health Medicine, PLLC.
Services are available by appointment only and are currently offered in specific areas in Texas.

To book and receive services, you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate and complete health history
• Consent to treatment as outlined in pre-treatment forms
• Not be pregnant or nursing at the time of Botox treatment
We reserve the right to deny service if we determine it is unsafe or inappropriate based on your medical background or provider discretion.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

• Treatment payments are final once the procedure is completed
